Throughout my technology career, I have led large-scale infrastructure, applications, services and teams. My CIO responsibilities in the Turkish Armed Forces established an approach that evaluates technology together with operational continuity, security and institutional objectives.

From institution to intelligent ecosystem
In university IT leadership and digital transformation, I have addressed ERP, student information systems, learning platforms, data, integration, cybersecurity, smart campus and smart classroom capabilities as a connected whole. Since 2023, my work has focused particularly on university transformation models.

From technical finding to clear expert opinion
With more than 15 years of expert-witness experience, I examine computer systems, digital materials and crypto-asset transactions. Evidence integrity, reproducible analysis, separation of data layers and explicit technical limits sit at the centre of my methodology.
