My approach
Technology leadership
Throughout my technology career, I have led large-scale infrastructure, applications, services and teams. My CIO responsibilities in the Turkish Armed Forces established an approach that evaluates technology together with operational continuity, security and institutional objectives.
Higher education
In university IT leadership and digital transformation, I have addressed ERP, student information systems, learning platforms, data, integration, cybersecurity, smart campus and smart classroom capabilities as a connected whole. Since 2023, my work has focused particularly on university transformation models.
Digital forensics
With more than 15 years of expert-witness experience, I examine computer systems, digital materials and crypto-asset transactions. Evidence integrity, reproducible analysis, separation of data layers and explicit technical limits sit at the centre of my methodology.
Products and ventures
I develop AI-enabled personalised education, governed prompt services, intelligent IT operations, financial integration and digital service platforms. My strength lies in connecting technical possibility with genuine user needs and sustainable business models.
Working principles
Before designing a solution, I clarify the need, context, constraints and measures of success.
I do not present assumptions as facts, correlation as causation or technical possibility as evidence.
I define the target architecture first, then establish manageable steps and priorities that create early value.
I care not only that a system works, but that the institution can understand, govern and improve it.
